Standard Shipping


Within 24 hours of submitting your order online (48 hours for home party orders) you will receive an email prompting you to log in to your customer account to see your order status. All in-stock items in your order will be processed immediately and shipped from Kelly's Kids within 3-5 business days of your order. Any backordered items will ship within 3-5 business days after they arrive in our warehouse. As a result, you may receive multiple packages. You will not be charged extra for these additional shipments.

Returns & Exchanges


If you decide you are not completely satisfied with your Kelly's Kids purchase, simply return it with your receipt within 90 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. This process is made easy by following the directions on the back of your packing slip and using the mailing label attached to the packing slip. We will attempt to process your returns and exchanges within 24 hours of receiving the items at our warehouse. However, in some instances this process will take longer.

We regret that our normal exchange policy is not in effect for SALE ITEMS, so please choose your items' sizes carefully. If you're not sure of a size please call Customer Service at 800.837.2066 between 8am-4:30pm (central time), Monday-Friday to confirm size details prior to placing your order.
