All orders over $100 receive FREE shipping! If your order is under $100 there is a $5 flat shipping rate. Kelly’s Kids ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class to arrive in 2-3 business days once processed and shipped from our facility. FedEx 2nd day air and FedEx Overnight delivery are available at checkout for an additional price and will be shipped out the next business day. Weekend deliveries are currently not available.
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when your order ships along with a USPS or Fed Ex tracking number.
Your order will be processed immediately and is often shipped from our warehouse the same business day or the next business day. If your order contains monogrammed items, please allow additional 2-3 business days for your order to ship.
If you wish to expedite the shipping of your order, select the expedited options at checkout, or contact Customer Service at 1-800-837-2066 (M-F 8am-4:30pm CT).
We know you will love your Kelly's Kids purchase! However, if you are unhappy for any reason simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund. If your return is postmarked after our 14-day return period, the package will be mailed back to you.
To return your item(s) simply print our easy to use return form and follow the instructions. Then send us your merchandise, along with the return form, using our prepaid shipping label OR send us your package using the carrier of your choice. Your purchase price will be refunded within 3 business days to the original form of payment used at checkout and you will not be charged for the prepaid shipping label.
If the original form of payment is unable to accept refunds (i.e. credit card expired since purchase) Kelly’s Kids will attempt to contact the Customer to obtain refund credit card information. In the event multiple (more than two) attempts have been made to contact the customer and the customer is non-responsive to provide accurate refund credit card information a refund will be automatically issued in the form of a Kelly’s Kids gift card and will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
To make an exchange, simply return your item(s) to Kelly's Kids, within 14 days of receipt, using our return form and our free prepaid shipping label (instructions listed above) and purchase price will be refunded to your original form of payment. Next, place a new order for the item that you want.
If the item(s) you are exchanging is defective, has the wrong monogram, or if you were sent the wrong item, we will send you the correct item at no cost. It's that simple!
MONOGRAMMED, SALE, OUTLET OR NAME APPLIQUED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED.

Kelly’s Kids honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within three days of the purchase or ship date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Multiple discounts cannot be combined. Only one promotion can be applied to an order. Select sales are not applicable for price adjustments.
We make every effort to process your return/exchange quickly. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of package arriving at our facility to process.
